- Hurricane Warnings have been replaced with Tropical Storm Warnings

- Storm Surge Warning dropped for Franklin County Storm Surge values have adjusted slightly:
- o 4 to 6 feet from Suwanee River to Aucilla
- o 2 to 4 feet from the Aucilla River to Ochlocknee River
- o 1 to 3 feet from Ochlocknee River to Indian Pass
Tropical Storm Debby remains over the Florida Big Bend and will continue to track east/northeast toward the FL/GA border this afternoon. The worst impacts should occur along and east of the track with heavy flooding rains being the primary concern.

Attached, you'll find an updated briefing packet based on the August 5th 11 am ET advisory for Hurricane Debby. All Hurricane Warnings have been replaced with Tropical Storm Warnings. The only warnings that are no longer in effect are the following: Tropical Storm Warning for Gulf County and Storm Surge Warning for Franklin County. The existing Flood Watch also remains unchanged.
