Law Enforcement Explorers offers a unique career exploration program for youth ages 14 - 21 years old.  The program provides hands-on experience and interactive character and career activities to help young people determine whether or not a particular career field is right for them.  Winterfest allows these young adults to test their knowledge and skills with other Explorers in Law Enforcement scenarios ranging from active shooter, traffic stops, domestic violence, cell search, uniform competition, DUI Investigation and many more.

This year more than 1, 400 Explorers participated in 17 different states and 43 different agencies during the 2 day event in Tennessee.
