On Wednesday, October, 4th, 2023, based on tips from the community and an independent investigation Tift County Sheriff's Office Investigators were able to establish probable cause for search warrants on 604 Bellview Circle in Tift County, Georgia. The Tift County Sheriff's Office High-risk Entry Apprehension Team served the Warrant leading to the arrest of Coby Milton and the recovery of firearms, over 12 pounds of marijuana, THC Vapes, and Gummies.

Coby Milton, 26 years of age of 604 Bellview Circle Tifton, Georgia was charged with Trafficking Marijuana, Possession with intent schedule 1 two counts, Possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, three counts Possession with intent to distribute within 1000 feet of school grounds, and three counts Possession with intent to distribute within 1000 feet of a Housing project.
