Tift County residents can sign up for a FREE Citizen Alert Notification about Severe Weather Alerts in our area by going to the tiftcounty.org website and follow the prompts.  You need to go to Departments, choose D-M categories, then EMA, Citizen Alert and set up an account.  You can have notifications sent to your email address, home phone or cell phone and track storms of any address you choose.  

You also have the option to be included in missing person notifications or other news effecting this community.  Stay safe and be informed.
