Armed Robbery Suspect Arrested

On Tuesday, August 23, 2022, Deputies and Investigators with the Tift County Sheriff's Office assisted the United States Marshals Service Southeast Regional Task Force with the arrest of 19 year old Claude Etiennte, Jr., of Tifton, Georgia.  Etiennte was arrested in Tift County on warrants stemming from an incident worked by the Tifton Police Department.  Etiennte has been charged with Statutory Rape, Armed Robbery and Aggravated Assault.
