Today Deputy Chris Spradley was awarded the Exchange Club's Officer Of The Year award at the civic club's weekly business luncheon.  The Exchange Club's Public Safety Chair, Regenia Wells, is shown presenting the award to Deputy Spradley.  Also shown is Captain Wingate Whitley who oversees the TCSO's patrol division.
